About the role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Broker Coordinator to join our growing real estate development team at JIPROP Development Corporation in Mandaue City, Cebu. The Broker Coordinator acts as the strategic bridge between the real estate developer and its network of brokers and agents. This role not only drives broker engagement and sales coordination but also contributes to marketing efforts through creative design support-ensuring that all broker-facing materials are visually compelling, brand-aligned, and market-relevant. What you&aposll be doing Broker Network Management Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with licensed real estate brokers and agents. Maintain an active database of broker partners and monitor performance metrics. Coordinate incentive programs, recognition events, and regular engagement activities. Sales Coordination Provide brokers with updated property listings, pricing, and promotional materials. Track lead generation, conversion rates, and sales pipeline progress. Organize site visits, open houses, and client presentations in collaboration with brokers. Training & Development Conduct onboarding sessions and product briefings for new brokers. Facilitate training on selling techniques, compliance, and market positioning. Marketing & Design Support Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and design broker-facing materials (e.g., flyers, social media posts, email templates). Use graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) to create visually engaging content tailored to broker needs. Ensure all materials are aligned with brand guidelines and optimized for various platforms (print, digital, social). Administrative Duties Maintain organized records of broker contracts, commissions, and transactions. Prepare regular reports on broker activity, sales performance, and campaign effectiveness What we&aposre looking for Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in a real estate brokerage or sales coordination role Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with brokers and other stakeholders Proficient in the use of real estate software and technology, including CRM systems and property listing platforms A passion for the real estate industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
