Get to know us at genpact.com and on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Facebook.Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, Customer Care!In this role, you will support one of the health information management companies in the US by doing outbound calling for retrieval of medical records/charts a health plan required.ResponsibilitiesExpertly and promptly contact health providers’ offices to accurately verify providers specific information and schedule a retrievalUse of CRM tools & collecting/documenting detailed informationPersuade providers to send records and offer alternatives if challenges arise, until a successful records retrievalUtilize tools and resources appropriately with very high accuracy to efficiently retrieved medical recordsShare observations and recommendations on how the process and tools can be improved that will drive better productivity and efficiencyQualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications / SkillsAt legal age by the time of applicationHigh School / Senior High School (K-12 curriculum) graduates are acceptedAbility to perform in a fast-paced and high-volume service centerAbility to multi-task alongside compliance to the processShall pose no challenges in adhering to work schedulesFlexible to work in any scheduleExcellent data entry skills and detail orientedPreferred Qualifications/ SkillsAble to demonstrate understanding while improving chance to retrieve medical recordsHas previous experience in providers outbound calling, preferred but not required.Displays excellent English oral and written communication skills - using accurate grammar with smooth flowDisplays excellent problem solving and decision-making skillsProficient computer skills and attention to detailNegotiation and analytical skillsHigh level of integrityAbility to multi-taskWhy join Genpact?
