- Provide day-to-day administrative support across business operations, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Prepare, update, and maintain reports, records, registers, and general business documentation across internal systems.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, schedules, and other logistical arrangements as required.
- Support procurement and supply administration, including ordering, tracking materials, and managing operational resources such as uniforms, PPE, and vehicles.
- Assist with compliance-related administration, ensuring documentation is maintained and aligned with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Provide administrative support to both office-based and in-field teams, while liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers professionally.
- Utilise Excel to clean, analyse, and manage data, and support process coordination by tracking tasks and following up on actions.
- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related discipline preferred, with proven experience in an administrative, operations support, or office coordination role.
- Strong intermediate to advanced Excel capability, including building and utilising pivot tables to clean, analyse, and manage large datasets.
- Demonstrated experience supporting both in-field and office-based teams, ideally within a workforce of approximately 200 employees.
- Experience in compliance administration, with a solid understanding of Australian regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Confident written and verbal communication skills, with a professional, proactive approach and the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, use initiative, and maintain records, reports, registers, and general administrative documentation with strong follow-through on tasks.
