- Marketing Process:
- Conduct lead evaluation, qualification, and follow-up; create and manage CRM data.
- Execute outbound calls for marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer satisfaction surveys.
- Sales Process:
- Handle inbound/outbound telesales, process orders accurately in SAP, and verify customer credit status.
- Coordinate order fulfillment, manage manual product documents, and perform cross-selling.
- Update customer master data and reconcile cash sales accounts.
- Service Process:
- Address customer inquiries and complaints via phone, SMS, email, or website with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Create and manage complaint documentation, recommend solutions, and coordinate follow-ups or on-site visits.
- Provide helpdesk support for product inquiries, fleet card concerns, dealership applications, and more.
- Administrative Functions:
- Log in/out for call routing, submit reports, attend training, and perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Complete an Orientation and Training Program to gain essential skills and knowledge; passing grade required.
