Role Overview SimplySource is seeking articulate, personable, and emotionally intelligent Survey & Lead Qualification Specialists for a high-priority pilot program supporting a premier US-based consulting firm. Unlike traditional outbound sales roles, this position focuses on high-level engagement and relationship building. You will conduct structured survey conversations with US-based professionals, gathering critical data and identifying individuals who would benefit from our client's consulting services. We are looking for 'Consultant-style' communicators who prioritize affinity and natural dialogue over aggressive 'hard-sell' tactics. Key Responsibilities Outbound Survey Engagement: Initiate professional outbound calls to a provided contact list. Use a structured framework to guide respondents through surveys in a fluid, non-scripted manner. Lead Identification & Qualification: Recognize organic interest during the survey process. For interested parties, confirm their willingness for a deeper discussion and schedule meetings directly into the client's Google Calendar. High-Stakes Communication: Establish immediate rapport and maintain conversational control without using pressure. Listen actively to nuance and tone. CRM & Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of call outcomes, survey responses, and follow-up actions within the CRM to ensure data integrity. Quality & Coaching: Actively participate in call reviews and coaching sessions to refine communication styles and align with the 'Silkin' philosophy of natural conversation. Candidate Profile Core Requirements Experience: 3-5 years of outbound call center experience (Appointment Setting, Lead Gen, or Customer Success preferred). Communication: Exceptional English fluency with a strong neutral accent. You must be able to speak naturally with US professionals without sounding robotic. Tone: A calm, controlled, and mature communication style. We are looking for 'Likable' personalities-someone people genuinely enjoy talking to. Tech Savvy: Comfortable managing Google Calendar and CRM systems with strong note-taking discipline.
