- Oversee the Supply Chain Manager and ensure smooth end-to-end operations from China-based production to U.S. 3PL warehouses and final delivery to Amazon FBA.
- Step in during critical moments to personally troubleshoot logistics, customs clearance, or inbound shipping issues.
- Maintain real-time visibility into inventory levels and collaborate with the Supply Chain Manager to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Guide strategic decisions around freight, customs, domestic transport, and replenishment timing.
- Lead seasonal, monthly, and long-term forecasting activities, ensuring accuracy and alignment with sales velocity and operational constraints.
- Oversee order management functions and support the Administrative Assistant with customer service and account-related tasks.
- Manage Amazon account health, resolving policy violations, IP complaints, and compliance issues independently and efficiently.
- Execute operational tasks directly in Amazon Seller Central when required.
- Partner with the PPC team to align advertising efforts with inventory availability.
- Monitor listings, sales performance, competitor activity, and market trends to maintain strong organic ranking and competitiveness.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners.
- Maintain high quality standards and ensure on-time, cost-effective deliveries.
- Oversee purchasing decisions while stepping in to handle escalated supplier negotiations.
- Evaluate vendor performance and initiate improvements as needed.
- Lead and mentor a small operations team (2–3 people), creating clear processes, KPIs, and development paths.
- Promote a continuous improvement culture centered on operational excellence and efficiency.
- Lead by example—balancing strategy with hands-on execution and modeling strong problem-solving skills.
- Support additional projects and business priorities as needed, adapting to evolving demands.
