- Responsible for providing administrative support to sales & marketing team.
- Issue sales orders, arrange delivery & collection for B2B customers
- Prepare daily reports and handle daily admin tasks.
- Undergo cross-training and handle other functions as assigned by the Team Leader
- Communicate proactively and positively with all members of Canon Asia & CBSC
- Work as part of the team and ensure positive, supportive, and collaborative working relationships with peers
- Other task/s that may be assigned from time to time
- Order 2 Cash for Papers
o Create Standing Orders for FOC Paper
o Create Bulk deal orders For Paper
o Upload Invoices Into Customer Portal
- Manage Goods Return/Rebilling
o Process For RebillingQualifications & Experience1. Bachelor's degree in finance or any discipline
- 2 - 3 years relevant working experience in sales order processing and customer service would be advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer knowledge
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, detail-minded, and able to work under pressure.
