We're looking for a driven and resourceful Lead Generation & Appointment Setter with a proven track record of success. You'll play a critical role in fueling our pipeline by identifying high-quality leads, executing targeted outreach campaigns, and booking qualified meetings for our CEO. You should be confident in outbound communication (calls, email, LinkedIn), skilled at prospect research, and ready to drive results using tools like HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Key Responsibilities: Identify and qualify leads using LinkedIn, industry databases, CRM tools, and web searches Build and manage segmented prospect lists aligned with ideal client profiles Execute cold and warm outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers and secure meetings Tailor outreach strategies by industry and persona to improve conversion rates Maintain accurate tracking of all activities in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce) Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine scripts, targeting, and messaging based on performance data Follow up on inbound leads and referrals when applicable Consistently hit or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for outreach volume and meetings booked Qualifications: Demonstrated success in a lead generation or sales development role with at least $250,000 in influenced or closed sales Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong research skills and attention to detail High level of comfort with outbound calling and cold outreach Familiarity with CRM systems and lead gen tools (e.g., Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently Show more Show less
