Internal Job Description Job Summary: In charge of the Home and Car Loan Collections and participates in policy and strategy formulation, overseeing implementation, monitoring results and recommending changes as appropriate. Tasked to ensure efficient operations of collection activities with the main objective of controlling delinquency and minimizing credit losses through planning and implementing collection strategies and process. Ensures adherence to the existing Collection policies and procedures as well as provisions promulgated by other regulatory bodies. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree holder; preferably a graduate of business course; master's degree or some units in graduate studies is an advantage Relevant experience in Collections / Consumer Loans / Risk Management/ Vendor Management. Knowledge in bank and consumer loans processes and systems are highly advantageous.
