This is a remote position.Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure accurate, reliable data flow from Karbon, Ignition, and XPM into Airtable.

Design and implement Power BI dashboards, embedded in SharePoint, for ELT and team-level reporting.

Establish and document standardised KPIs, definitions, and refresh cadences to ensure strong data trust across the organisation.

Create and maintain clear documentation for integrations, models, and dashboards.

Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable, visual insights.

Monitor pipeline and dashboard performance, ensuring ≥95% scheduled refresh reliability.

Continuously refine solutions based on stakeholder feedback, focusing on speed, clarity, and usability.

Key Competencies & Skills

Power BI Mastery: Advanced DAX, Power Query (M), and modelling across multiple data sources.

Integration Expertise: Proven ability to build API connections into Airtable using JavaScript (Node.js) and either .NET or Python.

Structured Thinking: Ability to simplify complex data into clean, governed, and scalable models.

Communication Skills: Strong ability to translate business questions into practical insights and engaging dashboards.

Delivery Discipline: Consistently plan, deliver, and document solutions while incorporating stakeholder feedback for improvement.

Requirements

3–5+ years of experience in data integration, analytics, or business intelligence roles.

Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level Power BI dashboards with measurable business impact.

Experience working with Airtable and API integrations (Karbon, Ignition, XPM experience highly valued).

Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a focus on clarity, speed, and trust in data delivery.

Self-starter with a passion for data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
