Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or Business.
2+ years in a similar analytical role (i.e. business analysis, sales data analysis).
Superior oral and written communication skills.
Experience with CRM/ICM tools and SAP.
Experience with BI tools such as Qlik, Tableau, PowerBI.
High level of organization and detail-oriented.
Excellent time management.
Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:Customer & Territory Data Management:Manage and enrich customer and territory data across ERP and CRM platforms.Ensure data accuracy and integrity through proactive clean-up and standardization.Coordinate with stakeholders to align data for acquisitions and territory assignments.Maintain sales hierarchy including new hires, transfers, terminations, and structural changes.Data Review & Analysis:Conduct data analysis for regional sales and business units.Identify data gaps and inconsistencies; propose corrective actions. * Provide territory coverage analysis to support campaign and sales rep assignments.Develop and maintain SOPs to standardize processes.Reporting & Support:Assist with preparation of key reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.Respond to data discrepancy inquiries and ensure timely resolution.Support audit processes and maintain accurate documentation.Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new system implementations or changes.Ready to make an impact? 🚀 Apply now and let's grow together!
