Position Description Job Description Provide key support for processing high volumes of onboarding / off-boarding requests, monthly assignment extensions and billing rate requests Assist in gathering data / updates for a variety of monthly reports, preparing rosters routinely Act as the primary contact for client inquiries and requests Regularly maintain account-wide database, inputting system updates and processing client-side system access requests Perform background checks process diligently to comply with client mandates Manage external audits end to end, quarterly Assist in weekly timesheet distribution Assist in ad-hoc requests, as needed Perform other functions as may be required by the Team Lead and / or Service Delivery Manager Background And Essential Skills Strong Communications Skills (Verbal & Written) Good background in Finance and Accounting Excellent Attention to Detail Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills - able to manage different priorities and deal with a volume of requests Able to work effectively both independently (with minimal supervision) and as part of a team A motivated self-starter that takes initiative to bring issues to resolution Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - with intermediate to advance skill on MS Excel Willingness to work on night shift (8 PM to 5 AM | 9 PM to 6 AM) Your future duties and responsibilities Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role Together, as owners, let's turn meaningful insights into action.
