About the Role We're hiring a detail-oriented Product Designer who's passionate about keeping things simple and helping our clients and coaches thrive in their careers. You'll report directly to Max (Founder) and be trusted to work independently-no micromanaging or time tracking. ???? What You'll Be Doing Max will own the product roadmap, and you'll be responsible for delivering the features in partnership with Dima, our Engineering lead. ???? Conducting user research You'll have user research calls with clients and coaches every week You'll carry out data analysis to inform design decisions (SQL, Spreadsheets) ????Writing PRDs For each feature, you'll create a Product Requirement Document explaining: The problem we're trying to solve The proposed solution Data models we'll use High level UX for clients, coaches and staff ???? UX / UI Design in Figma Own and update our design system Design each new feature end to end ????
