- Client Case Management: Own assigned client cases from onboarding to completion, starting with simpler workflows and scaling up in complexity.
- Client Communication: Provide empathetic, clear, and timely updates, tailored to each client’s situation and tone.
- Documentation & Filing: Collect, review, and track all necessary forms and documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate with internal teams, accountants, and other partners to keep cases moving forward.
- Pattern Recognition: Identify recurring client situations and proactively address potential roadblocks based on past cases.
- Operational Improvements: Suggest and help implement process improvements that reduce turnaround time and increase accuracy.
- Product Feedback: Work with our engineering team to test new features, flag issues, and suggest enhancements to our proprietary platform.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solver with a willingness to figure things out independently before escalating.
- Comfortable working with evolving tech tools and processes.
- Experience in paralegal, legal assistant, tax, or compliance-related roles.
- Startup or fast-paced operational experience.
- Familiarity with filing processes, regulatory workflows, or corporate compliance.
- Interest in automation, AI tools, and product feedback loops.
