Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Lead to oversee our Power Platform team, with a specific focus on Power Apps and Power Automate. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. This role involves leading a team of developers, collaborating with business stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Power Platform developers. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. Project Management: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives. Technical Expertise: Develop and optimize Canvas and Model-driven apps for business applications. Create custom connectors, APIs, and automation workflows using Power Automate and Azure services. Ensure compliance with security, governance, and best practices in application development. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical solutions. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation. Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and industry trends. Promote best practices and knowledge-sharing within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: Experience: Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Power Apps and Power Automate. Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps are a plus. Hands-on experience developing custom workflows, connectors, and APIs. Experience in integrating Power Platform with Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems. Proven experience in leading development teams and managing projects.
