
Recruitment Associate

- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand hiring needs and job requirements
- Source candidates through various platforms (JobStreet, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
- Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidates qualifications
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and databases
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Support employer branding initiatives and online job advertisements
- Provide regular reports on recruitment progress and pipeline status
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
- At least 6 months of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and online recruiting tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Experience working in a project-based or fast-paced recruitment environment is an advantage
