Scrubbed is seeking a Commissions Analyst- Experienced to Senior Level with a strong background in commission accounting, financial analysis, and process optimization, possessing the expertise to manage commission calculations, reconciliations, and reporting while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. As an embedded professional within your organization, will work closely with key stakeholders to streamline commission processes and support business objectives. Responsibilities Accurately calculates and processes sales commissions based on compensation plans, ensuring timely and precise payouts. Performs regular reconciliations of commission accounts, identifies discrepancies, and recommends necessary adjustments. Generates and analyzes commission reports, providing valuable insights into trends, variances, and financial impacts. Collaborates effectively with client stakeholders, including sales, finance, and HR teams, to address commission-related inquiries and optimize processes. Identifies inefficiencies in commission workflows and implements best practices to improve accuracy and efficiency. Ensures commission calculations comply with company policies and audit requirements. Performs capitalization and amortization of commissions in accordance with ASC340 and ASC606. Prepares waterfall schedules for the capitalized commission. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years in accounting, financial analysis, or a similar role. Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel and financial systems, with experience using NetSuite, Everstage, Salesforce, Oracle, Workday, and other similar platforms. Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
