Key Responsibilities: Provides second level of support to associates and leaders by responding to asks/requests or providing advises, recommendation on HR-related services. Implement HR processes and solutions in line with established policies, practices and procedures. These processes include New Hires and Terminations in the covered regions Undertaking change management initiatives, which may involve planning, driving, implementing and managing the change often on a project basis Ensure local HR practices and standards conform to Government and company policy, guidelines and initiatives Prompt, accurate, consistent and quality Human Resource services in the region Responds to inquiries from employees, managers as well as the HR team (including the AP HR Directors). Representing the company at mediation/external meetings regarding employment relations cases, as required Reporting and analysis Requirements: Minimum of 5 years in generalist HR roles with increasing responsibilities - all HR functions Strong Employee Relations experience with ability to provide good advice to leaders and employees Good written & oral communication skills Comes forward in identifying issues with solution options well -articulated Willingness to take ownership of tasks allocated Commitment to adhere to defined HR processes Takes direction with ease & acceptance. Proficient in excel, word, powerpoint & other tools in the Microsoft Office program.
