Business Intelligence and Strategy Manager

• This role sits within the Proposition and Product Team with key priorities of expanding the data analytics capabilities of the team to drive business performance, define required data, and work closely with the D&A and T&T Teams of the company to leverage existing infrastructure to source data for analysis.
• This role will aim to support the development of new and existing product strategies and to strengthen the propositions by providing insights through in-depth data analysis.
• This role will aim to unearth business opportunities by analyzing data to increase sales and profitability.

• Organizes delivers, and ensures analytics activities and reporting are successful.
• Collaborate with D&A and T&T Teams to define data requirements, align data sources, and make sure that all data for analysis are accurate.
• Analyzes data, provides key insights, and interprets trends or patterns.
• Gather insights from key stakeholders on what are the key factors driving the trends or patterns.
• Manage the repository of data and analysis deemed important by each Proposition and Product Pillar.
• Integrates data from all Proposition and Product pillars to create a full view of team performance.
• Liaise with the data of channels and insights team to integrate and provide a fuller picture. Should be able to connect this information to provide Proposition and Product with a fuller picture of the business.
• Report and communicate metrics and insights in a way that is insightful and easily understood, with storytelling.
• Provide callouts and recommendations should data show a need.
• Forecasts performances and correlates them with future initiatives.
