Contractor Staffing Source GoHighLevel Automation & CRM Specialist Location: Remote, Philippines (Applicants must be based in the Philippines. Who We Are We are Contractor Staffing Source , a recruiting company that helps construction companies across the U.S. hire employees. We generate a high volume of leads every month and already have systems in place--but we need someone who can streamline, organize, and improve everything inside GoHighLevel so it actually works the way it should. What You'll Be Doing You will be responsible for both: Managing incoming leads (800+/month) Improving and streamlining our existing sales & marketing systems inside GHL This is not just a setup role--this is an optimization role . You Will Import and organize large lead lists into GoHighLevel Build and refine workflows, automations, and campaigns Review our current systems and simplify/improve them Eliminate inefficiencies, duplication, and confusion in GHL Segment leads by priority, source, and engagement level Create email, SMS, and voicemail follow-up sequences Build pipelines that clearly show where every lead stands Set up call tasks and follow-up systems for our Sales Manager Ensure no leads fall through the cracks Continuously improve how leads move from marketing sales What Success Looks Like Our GHL system is clean, simple, and easy to use Sales and marketing are fully aligned within one system The Sales Manager knows exactly who to call and when Leads are consistently followed up with automatically We are not duplicating work or creating unnecessary complexity The system improves over time Who This Is For This is for someone who: Has real, hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) Understands both marketing automation AND sales pipelines Can look at an existing system and make it better Has worked with high lead volume (500-800+/month) Is extremely organized and detail-oriented Thinks strategically, not just executes tasks Can take ownership and improve systems without constant direction You'll do well in this role if you can work independently, improve systems proactively, and manage high lead volume with strong attention to detail. We are not looking for someone to 'manage GHL.' We are looking for someone to make it work at a high level . Requirements Strong experience with GoHighLevel (workflows, pipelines, triggers, campaigns) Experience managing and improving CRM systems Understanding of sales and marketing processes Strong attention to detail Good English communication skills Reliable internet and the ability to work full-time Compensation Independent contractor role Pay: $10-$15 USD per hour, based on experience Full-time (40 hours per week) Long-term opportunity This is an internal role with Contractor Staffing Source, not a client placement.
