About the Role At Seaclub, we don't settle for "good enough." Our villas, pools, gardens, and facilities are part of the guest experience-and they need to perform flawlessly, look stunning, and feel effortless. As our Head of Maintenance & Facilities, you'll be the person who makes sure that happens, day in and day out. This isn't just about fixing what's broken. It's about anticipating problems before they happen, running projects with precision, and keeping everything in peak condition so our guests see the beauty-and never the behind-the-scenes grind. If you have the technical know-how, the leadership chops, and the drive to keep high-end properties running at their best, this role is for you. What You'll Do Keep Every Corner Guest-Ready Oversee the maintenance of villas, pools, gardens, and common areas. Create and execute preventative maintenance plans that keep downtime (and stress) to a minimum. Make sure plumbing, electrical, air-conditioning, and pool systems are always running at their best. Lead Renovations & Big Projects Plan, budget, and deliver renovation and refurbishment projects without missing a beat. Work with contractors and suppliers to get things done on time, on budget, and to Seaclub's standards. Keep a close eye on materials, costs, and timelines. Build & Lead a Strong Team Guide and mentor the maintenance crew to consistently deliver top-quality work. Set clear expectations, track performance, and prioritize safety. Create a work environment where people take pride in their craft. Make Safety & Compliance Non-Negotiable Ensure all facilities meet building codes, safety laws, and environmental regulations. Stay proactive with regular inspections and quick hazard fixes. Keep clean, accurate maintenance and compliance records. Own the Numbers Manage the maintenance budget like it's your own money. Track costs, find efficiencies, and extend the life of assets. Report clearly on operations and projects to the Managing Director. What We're Looking For Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering degree, or a certified trade such as Master Plumber. 7+ years of experience in hospitality, resorts, or luxury residential facilities. Strong project management skills, encompassing small and large projects. Proven leadership and the ability to get the best out of diverse teams. Hands-on problem-solver with a "let's get it done" mindset. An obsessive eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. A proactive and resourceful mindset, always looking for ways to improve and enhance our properties. A genuine love for creating and maintaining beautiful, functional spaces.
