Create guides, FAQs, knowledge base articles, and training materials.Data Analytics & Insights
Gather and analyze IT-related data (adoption rates, system usage, feedback trends, survey results).
Provide actionable insights to improve IT service delivery, communications, and engagement.
Develop dashboards and reports for IT leadership and business headsChange Management & Awareness Campaign
