Job Responsibilities:
  • Implement and improve the company's HR policies and plans, including training and development, performance evaluation, employee social security benefits, and other HR management tasks.
  • Organize and assist various departments with recruitment, training, and performance assessments.
  • Execute and refine policies and processes related to employee onboarding, probation, transfers, and resignations.
  • Manage employee records and personnel information, and handle payroll and benefits calculations.
  • Perform other daily HR-related tasks.
Job Requirements:
  • A degree in Human Resource Management is preferred, with 1-3 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and leaning ability, with excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English, with the ability to use English as a working language.
Work Setup
  • Location: Paranaque City
  • Shift: Dayshift
  • Work set-up: 100% onsite -Monday to Friday + alternating Saturday shift every other week
