Implement and improve the company's HR policies and plans, including training and development, performance evaluation, employee social security benefits, and other HR management tasks.
Organize and assist various departments with recruitment, training, and performance assessments.
Execute and refine policies and processes related to employee onboarding, probation, transfers, and resignations.
Manage employee records and personnel information, and handle payroll and benefits calculations.
Perform other daily HR-related tasks.
Job Requirements:
A degree in Human Resource Management is preferred, with 1-3 years of relevant HR experience.
Strong sense of responsibility and leaning ability, with excellent communication skills.
Fluent in both Chinese and English, with the ability to use English as a working language.
Work Setup
Location: Paranaque City
Shift: Dayshift
Work set-up: 100% onsite -Monday to Friday + alternating Saturday shift every other week
