- Oversee and manage all administrative functions: This includes but is not limited to:
- Human Resources: Recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
- Finance and Accounting: Accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, financial reporting, and expense management.
- Office Management: Facilities management, procurement, inventory control, and general office administration.
- Information Technology: Manage IT infrastructure, software, and systems, ensuring data security and smooth operations.
- Legal and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Provide administrative support to senior management: Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures: Streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders: Collaborate effectively with other departments, clients, vendors, and government agencies.
