Job Description for Admin Manager - Malayan Towage and Salvage Corporation
  • Oversee and manage all administrative functions: This includes but is not limited to:
  • Human Resources: Recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Finance and Accounting: Accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, financial reporting, and expense management.
  • Office Management: Facilities management, procurement, inventory control, and general office administration.
  • Information Technology: Manage IT infrastructure, software, and systems, ensuring data security and smooth operations.
  • Legal and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management: Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures: Streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders: Collaborate effectively with other departments, clients, vendors, and government agencies.
