Within its Manila office, Colliers International Philippines now has a staff of over 600 dedicated individualsJob DescriptionThe Capital Markets and Investment Services Analyst will provide support to the Capital Markets & Investment Services team through market research, marketing and promotions, and administrative support.

Compiles listings to support client requirements and maintains the commercial and industrial property databases. Audits/confirms the veracity of the information before recording.
Supports the Capital Markets & Investment Services department operators by assisting in the monitoring and updating of the status of commercial and industrial property listings on the company website and other marketing platforms.
Assist in the implementation of the marketing and promotions strategies for specific properties as developed by the Head of Department and team leads, including out-of-home advertising and digital marketing.
Supports the Capital Markets & Investment Services department in preparing presentations, pitch materials, submissions and studies that clients need.
Supports the Capital Markets & Investment Services department in preparing research publications about the real estate investment market.
Updates Capital Markets & Investment Services marketing collaterals such as Capability Statement and Track Record.
Provide administrative support for the department such as preparation of periodic company reports, invoicing, deal tracking, referrals, as well as other admin-related matters as determined by the Head of Department

QualificationsEducational and Professional Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, statistics, marketing, real estate, urban planning, or any related course
At least one year experience in a related field.
Knowledgeable in Digital Marketing and Market Research
Detail Oriented
Excellent Communication Skills
Networking and Relationship Management
Eager to Learn
Willing to go out on field
Perseveres and relentless until objective is reached
Highly skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
