Will be handling BSP's Events & Activations clients
Identifies and wins client engagements for the organization
Understands and translates client requirements into a product/service/contract that is tailored to client needs
Maintains rapport with client and ensures that client expectations are met. This also includes resolution of concerns and issues to retain the client
Coordinates with relevant units/positions such as project management, business development, sales & marketing, information technology to ensure retention
Performs spot audits on client accounts on a periodic basis. This is in coordination with project management
Oversees the personal development plans of all team members and ensures compliance with BSP core values (Excellence, Integrity, Malasakit)

At least 5 years experience working with an Events Agency
Experience working on virtual events a plus
Must be familiar and adept at account management from previous work
Excellent communication, presentation and client management skills
