Oversee end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives, ensuring scope, quality, and timelines are met
Develop and manage delivery plans, resource assignments, and risk mitigation strategies
Lead cross-functional teams across development, QA, infrastructure, and business functions
Ensure compliance with architecture standards, security protocols, and technical governance
Monitor delivery metrics, budgets, and status reports for leadership and stakeholders
Drive Agile and DevOps practices to foster efficient execution and continuous improvement

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering or related field
In-depth knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and modern delivery frameworks
Proficient in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello)
Relevant certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, ITIL) and experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, and distributed teams
Demonstrated success in managing complex software or infrastructure projects, with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement
