- Leverage expertise in the FMCG industry to drive sales initiatives and effectively manage key accounts.
- Implement sales strategies to ensure product visibility and market penetration.
- Utilize experience in handling key accounts to maintain and grow business relationships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in the FMCG industry with a focus on key account management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Comfortable working with numerical data, and understanding the importance of sales figures in driving business decisions.
- Business development mindset, capable of strategic thinking to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Adaptability and flexibility to navigate dynamic business environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel.
