About the Position: Technology Analyst - RPA Automation Assistant Manager (Alabang) | OnsiteWork Arrangement: Onsite (Alabang)Benefits:- HMO coverage for the employee and two dependents (from Day 1)- Quarterly performance bonuses- Exciting career development opportunities- 24 leave days annuallyQualifications / Requirements:- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields- Minimum of 5+ years experience as an RPA Developer- Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as ServiceNow Predictive Intelligence, AI/ML/Azure, and Python- RPA Certification in Automation Anywhere is a plus or preferred- Experience with SQL, .NET, or Intelligent Automation (IA) is advantageous- Master Certification in any RPA tool is preferred- Willing to work onsite in AlabangResponsibilities:- Execute design, development, validation, and support activities aligned with architecture requirements- Engage in Knowledge Management activities to ensure high-quality service delivery within Infosys policies and standards- Gather requirements (functional and non-functional) by reviewing specifications and collaborating with Business Analysts to contribute effectively to design, development, and testing phases- Perform impact analysis, create design specifications based on high-level designs, and understand application architecture by consulting relevant teams- Develop and review project artifacts such as code, documentation, and unit test scripts; conduct self and peer reviews; perform unit testing and document results to prepare the application for validation and delivery- Support the go-live process according to the implementation plan to ensure smooth deployment- Additional responsibilities include testing, production support, maintenance, and knowledge management activities
