Computer Operator

• Encode scholar’s data gathering, youth organizations and other data relevant to division’s functions and operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine stoppages and error situations.
• Assist the Information Technology Officer in the conduct of test runs, computer debugging,
• Assist the Information Technology Officer in the implementation of proposed monitoring and/or database template relevant to the office services.

• Education: Completion of two (2) years studies in college or High School graduate with relevant vocational/trade course
• Experience: None required
• Training: None required
• Eligibility: Career Service (Sub-professional);
• Data Encoder (MC 11, s. 96 – Cat. I) First Level Eligibility

• Information Technology or any related course
• Knowledgeable in MS Office and Google Spreadsheet
• Have strong analytical and organizational skills
• Familiar with basic computer troubleshooting
