Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience Typically, 2 to 4 years of experience. Demonstrates a working knowledge of accounting rules, regulatory rules and/or business processes as it pertains to the accountant's sphere of responsibility (e.g., a set of regulatory filings or account reconciliations) Demonstrates broad based analytical and inquiry skills to understand legal entity financial statements, board reports, and/or filings. Demonstrates an advanced knowledge of several specific reporting concepts as they relate to a specific area of focus (for example: specific footnote disclosures) Effective interaction and communication skills to communicate issues to management and collaborate with colleagues. Strong computer skills and an advanced knowledge of MS Excel and the Essbase add-in Demonstrates a working knowledge of Lawson accounting segments and Essbase roll ups. Demonstrates proficiency with JETS to create and post journal entries. Demonstrates strong organization and documentation skills to evidence a clear audit trail for work performed.
