Our people-first approach has earned us the Great Place To Work Certification three times, and as a B Corp Certified company, we’re dedicated to making a positive impact not just in business, but in the communities we serve.With a highly engaged and innovative team, we don’t just optimize processes, we also create meaningful change.What is the role that we need?Key Responsibilities:Client Delivery AnalystSpecific Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport the Client Delivery process by executing operational tasks related to the onboarding of new firms to the CAIS platform.Ensure alignment and maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders—including Product & Research, Sales, Client Service, Operations, Legal & Compliance, and Marketing—by providing timely onboarding status updates and setting accurate expectations.Contribute to the design, enhancement, and documentation of efficient onboarding processes; partner with the Technology team to identify and implement workflow automation opportunities.Develop, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the effectiveness and timeliness of client onboarding efforts.Drive progress toward Client Delivery and broader Operations team objectives by contributing to team OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).Ensure the on-time delivery of all required reports and onboarding-related documentation.Take on additional responsibilities based on team capacity, individual strengths, and areas of interest, helping to support the evolving needs of the business.RequirementsKnowledge of alternative investments a plusAdvanced skills in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, VBA, and Macros a plusStrong organizational, multitasking, problem solving, communication, and timemanagement skillsHighly organized self-starter with experience coordinating multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentRequirementsJob Requirements and Credentials:Essential (MUST HAVE)Desired (Plus but not a requirement)QualificationsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related discipline preferred1+ years of relevant experience preferably within the hedge fund and/or private equity industry
