Your Role: As a Digital Marketing Specialist , you will: Execute and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns across digital channels, including email, paid media, and ABM initiatives. Track lead lifecycle performance from awareness through MQL, SQL, and pipeline contribution. Build and manage marketing automation workflows, lead scoring models, and nurturing programs. Partner with internal stakeholders to align on ICPs, target accounts, campaign priorities, and lead follow-up processes. Analyze campaign performance, attribution, and funnel metrics to provide optimization recommendations. Collaborate with content and brand teams to develop campaign messaging and assets aligned to buyer pain points. Ensure data integrity and proper tracking across CRM and marketing automation platforms. What You Need: Non-negotiables Bacheloru0027s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. At least 4 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or B2B digital marketing. Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to interpret performance metrics and dashboards. Excellent project management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred skills/expertise Experience in B2B technology or professional services environments. Working knowledge of paid media, email marketing, and lead nurturing best practices. Advanced experience using reporting and attribution tools.
