- Lead the preparation and liaison efforts for proposals related to new real estate projects across the Philippines.
- Conduct thorough market research, feasibility studies, and land acquisition analysis to identify promising investment opportunities.
- Prepare market studies and financial projections to support proposals and decision-making.
- Report to the Business Development Manager and collaborate with them to identify and pursue strategic joint ventures for mixed-use developments and land acquisitions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, investors, and government agencies.
- Negotiate and finalize project terms and agreements for joint ventures.
- Work effectively with internal teams across various departments, such as legal, finance, construction, and project management, to ensure smooth project development.
- Proficient in utilizing CRM software, SAP, and Anaplan to manage project data, track proposals, and generate reports.
- Focus on securing opportunities for residential projects, both horizontal (low-rise) and vertical (high-rise) developments.
- Be prepared to undertake regular business trips to Luzon-based projects, with a maximum of 3 days per trip and up to 2-3 trips per month.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate development or a relevant field
- Proven track record of identifying, evaluating, and securing new real estate projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on feasibility studies and financial modeling
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in CRM software, SAP, and Anaplan
- In-depth understanding of real estate market trends, joint ventures, and project development processes
- Knowledge of residential project development, including horizontal and vertical projects
