Responsibilities Coordinating 'special deliveries', including definition tariff, customs value, origin and definition of necessary customs procedures, organising customs clearance for 'personal transport' Ensuring compliance in the area of responsibility by correct determination and maintenance of the related master data, especially for Plant Manila Support / carrying out of all customs related tasks for Manila production plant / IVSSI (e.g. Product Evaluation Report, Origin Documentation, PEZA licences, etc.) Supervision of customs documentations, especially for Buy-sell (triangle) sales Requesting rulings for the Philippines Ensuring compliance in the area of responsibility by correct determination and maintenance of the related master data and conducting controls Conducting controls in the area of responsibility and if necessary, definition, coordination and/or execution preventive / corrective measures Collaboration in the preparation of the Global Customs Footprint Report Collaboration in customs and foreign trade projects Control of booked customs costs, account assignment of invoiced services Monitoring and evaluation of legal changes in the area of responsibility worldwide and the definition, execution and/or coordination of necessary actions Collaboration in MMD workflow and change management (CENIT) Collaboration in internal/external customs audits Key process user in the area of responsibility Identify and mitigate risks related to customs and foreign trade, such as delays, fines, and penalties Substitution and cooperation with Customs and Foreign Trade Officer APAC and Specialist Customs and Foreign Trade - Tariff and Customs MD Implementation and fulfilment of the safety manual's requirements Implementation and fulfilment of the personnel handbook's requirements Implementation and fulfilment of the regulatory requirements Acts as a role model in accordance with the Corporate Values of the Ivoclar Group. Qualifications Completed bachelor's degree in customs or related degree High level of knowledge of customs, foreign trade and good understanding of transport logistics At least 3-year experience the area of customs & foreign trade Very good level of knowledge of SAP / MIC / Microsoft Office Very good (at least B2 level) English skills written and spoken Strong sense of responsibility and compliance, understanding and acting accordingly Accurate work and analytical thinking Ability to 'translate' legal requirements to daily practice Flexibility and ability to work under pressure Social and intercultural competence, interpersonal skills Ability to work both in a team and independently
