- Deliver monthly business insights highlighting performance and training opportunities with goal of coaching, developing front-line specialists to deliver excellent client service.
- Based on business insights provide recommendations for process improvements to product/tech teams, collaborate to design solutions or create “in-house” tools/solutions given available technology.
- Explore and learn new business processes, understand customer journey, identify opportunities, and create/drive innovative solutions or recommendations to ensure performance excellence.
- Learn and navigate several systems and tools, partner with cross-functional, cross U.S. / global teams to solve client problems.
- Participate in planning key business initiatives, working across different business units and functions.
- Create high quality executive presentations, as well as ad hoc views and special topic storylines / pages. Articulate and document complex and ambiguous topics in an easy to digest at executive level.
- Bachelor's degree with a preferred emphasis in a field such Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, Operations, or with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of management experience, directly managing staff.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with proven, demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of an organization (written, voice, and in person).
- A critical thinker with the ability to understand, dissect and analyze information and provide sustainable solutions; capable of challenging the norm and making recommendations.
- Works well under pressure with minimal supervision; superior time management and prioritization skills, manage multiple and competing priorities.
- Strong experience with creating professional presentations and communication for consumption by senior executives.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite (Excel, Power-Point etc.)
- Generally 5+ years in advanced account management, relationship management, wholesale client relations or client servicing experience preferred.
- Knowledge financial services (wholesale clients); Experience in the payments business or Merchant Services.
- Knowledge of software packages /platforms (Python, SQL, SAS, UNIX, Teradata, Oracle)
