What You'll Do Edit and produce high-impact video and audio content for internal use (e.g., leadership messages, training, employee features) and external distribution (e.g., brand campaigns, social, thought leadership) Apply motion graphics, animation, and sound design to elevate storytelling and audience engagement Work closely with marketing and communications teams to brainstorm, storyboard, and execute multimedia projects Ensure all multimedia aligns with our brand guidelines, voice, and values Optimise content for various platforms - from LinkedIn to internal channels - with a focus on engagement and performance What You Bring 5-8 years of experience in video and audio editing, ideally in a marketing or corporate communications setting Strong portfolio showcasing video, audio, and motion content across multiple formats and platforms Proficiency with editing and design software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition Ability to tell powerful visual stories with attention to pacing, tone, and audience Experience creating motion graphics and animated explainers is highly desirable Detail-oriented with a keen eye for production quality and brand alignment Highly collaborative, with strong communication skills and an eagerness to bring creative ideas to life Show more Show less
