Managing the GL reporting and processing of journals.
Maintaining fixed assets register.
Liaising with AR/AP teams on month-end closing activities.
Timely and accurate month-end closing and monthly reporting.
Liaising with auditors and preparing audit schedules.

Ideal Profile

Accounting Graduate from a reputable university, licensed may be added qualification but not required;
Has Experience in Computerized Accounting Systems for 3 – 5 years;
Knowledge and experience in Online filing with different government agencies (SSS / PhilHealth / Pag-Ibig / BSP and Bureau of Customs, SEC and Municipal/City Business Permits;
Knowledge and experience both in Corporate and Personal Tax computations / Updated with BIR Tax Rulings;
Knowledge and experience in payroll preparation;
Computer skills in WORD / Excel / PowerPoint computer applications and other software related to accounting;
Knowledge and experience in handling Petty Cash / Cashiering.
