Conduct quality assurance validation on auto loans credit evaluation to ensure compliance with credit and regulatory policies
Review QA findings and ensure timely closure or regularization of identified issues
Escalate high-risk issues to the Team Head and recommend appropriate actions
Prepare and support risk management and compliance requirements for the Auto Loans Underwriting Division
Recommend policy updates, process improvements, and system enhancements to mitigate risks and prevent recurrence
Validate and monitor internal and external audit requirements and follow through on committed action plans

What we're looking for

Holder of a Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of experience in Consumer Business and Quality Control, with working knowledge of Credit Underwriting and Risk Management
Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and analytical, with a high level of dependability
Customer-focused, adaptable, proactive, and creative in problem-solving
