Expansion Specialist - SPX Express - Pagadian, Zamboanga del Sur (1 year Project Based)

Job Description :

Determining the feasibility of current & planned initiatives through quantitative and qualitative analyses
Prepare detailed plans to track and monitor project development and performance
Source, negotiate for, and fully onboard facilities viable for use by the company and its relevant partners
Source and onboard lessors, contractors, and service providers
Coordinate directly with relevant internal stakeholders and external partners
Successfully launch high-impact projects to increase the operational capability of and drive cost savings for the company

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree in Management, Communications, Operations Management, or equivalent
Preferably with 1 year of work experience in business development, project management, and/or sales
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
A great track record of successful project management is an advantage
High proficiency in MS Office and G Suite, especially in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
Outstanding critical thinking and interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills in English and Filipino
Capable of handling multiple tasks and working under pressure
Willing to travel locally
Amenable to be assigned in Pagadian, Zamboanga del Sur
