- Minimum 1 year of experience as a facilities or building engineer
- 1-2 years of experience in project management
- Preferably has worked in an ISO certified company

- Proficiency in MS Office
- Familiarity with CAD (Computer-Aided Design)
- Prepare feasibility studies for CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) projects.
- Evaluate the energy impact of projects and other equipment acquisitions in terms of cost savings and CO2 reduction.
- Technical Evaluation and Documentation:
- Prepare bidding documents and conduct technical evaluations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders regarding project design, specifications, and installation.
- Project Oversight:
- Oversee the entire development of energy-related projects.
- Coordinate with Toyota Regional headquarters on project matters.
- Data Gathering:
- Gather energy data using power measuring devices.
- Position: Energy Management Engineer
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with scheduled Saturday work
- Work Location: Santa Rosa City, Laguna
- Inclusions: Shuttle service from select drop-off and pick-up points
