We're expanding our engineering team and currently hiring for the following three roles:1. Performance and Operations EngineerYou will support the global asset performance of solar PV systems by monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing operational activities. This role ensures each system runs efficiently and delivers expected results.Key Responsibilities:Monitor performance against KPIs and budgetsConduct remote analysis and recommend improvementsCoordinate with O&M teams for issue resolution and site interventionsSupport customer invoicing and report generationTrack claims, warranties, and contractor documentationIdeal Profile:Engineering degree (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related)3 to 4 years of experience in solar O&M or asset performanceKnowledge of PVsyst, monitoring systems, or CMMS is a plusStrong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills2. Solar Design EngineerAs part of our Global Solar Design Center, you will design solar energy systems for commercial and industrial sites around the world. This includes layout planning, electrical design, performance simulation, and cost estimation.Key Responsibilities:Perform array layout, PV inverter sizing, yield simulation, shading analysis, and BOM preparationCollaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineers, and Project Managers globallyConduct peer reviews and quality checks of design outputsContribute to continuous improvement and documentation of design standardsEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulationsIdeal Profile:Engineering degree (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Architecture, or Solar)3 to 4 years of design experience, with at least 2 years in solar PVProficient in AutoCAD; familiarity with PVSyst or Helioscope is a plusStrong design judgment, coordination, and productivity mindset3. Subject Matter Expert (SME), Electrical DesignThis senior-level role provides advanced electrical design expertise for PV and battery systems. You will support both technical execution and mentorship within the Design Center, ensuring top-tier quality and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Produce single-line diagrams, three-line diagrams, wire schedules, and full electrical documentation for MV/HV PV systemsDefine key system components and grid interconnectionsAct as technical lead for escalations during commercial and execution phasesConduct quality reviews, training, and continuous improvement initiativesMaintain standards, documentation, and templates for the Electrical Design teamIdeal Profile:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering10 or more years of experience in electrical design, including PV and medium/high voltage systemsStrong knowledge of electrical codes and utility regulations across multiple countriesSkilled in stakeholder engagement, value engineering, and mentoring
