Manage the industrial project team: process, test, quality, and production according to the NPI/STP/VAVE guides. Monthly/weekly review project status. Monthly monitor KPI goals such as % on Schedule, % on MFG costs ,Gate4 PRA score,Gate5 SPA score, and key projects DFM score. Optimize the trial run process. Develop competency of NPI team members through coaching and set individual development plans. BS Engineering Graduate or Master's degree 5+ years of working experience in industrial project Familiar with PROLaunch NPI/STP/VAVE tools Good capability of project management Strong problem analysis and process control ability. Familiar with UPS assembly process. Strong communication techniques
