Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on Medical Science.
Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support and Assistant or equivalent.

ResponsibilitiesThis role is expected to coordinate the execution and continued quality of the client’s department processes, perform assigned duties including but not limited to telephonic on-line authorization of routine services, contacting specialty care providers, monitoring patient eligibility, and performing on-line data entry of routine authorizations/denials.Additional RequirementsWhat we look for:

Bachelor Course graduates of Nursing, Pharmacy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Psychology , Biology, Life Sciences
At least 1 year hospital bedside care experience
Preferably with BPO / CSR experience under Healthcare Account
Willing to temporary work from home
Willing to work in Manila
