The position involves overseeing the efficient identification and mitigation of information security risks across the organization. Collaborating closely with both the Information Security Team and IT Operations team, the focus is on managing risk, controls, compliance, awareness, and data protection, along with active participation in significant security projects. The role encompasses a diverse range of tasks, including tactical, operational, and strategic activities to support Information Security compliance. JOB DESCRIPTION: Monitor computer networks to identify and address security issues. Investigate security breaches and other cybersecurity incidents. Install and manage security measures, including firewalls and data encryption programs, to safeguard systems and information infrastructure. Document security breaches and assess their impact. Collaborate with the security team to conduct tests and identify network vulnerabilities. Address detected vulnerabilities promptly to uphold a high-security standard. Stay updated on IT security trends and developments. Develop and implement company-wide best practices for IT security. Conduct penetration testing. Ensure compliance with ISO27001 and PCI DSS standards. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: B.S. in Computer Science, BSIT or similar fields Knowledge of PCI DSS, NIST and ISO270001 cybersecurity frameworks CISSP/ CCNA / Security + / Network + or equivalent certification is a plus Hands on experience on Vulnerability Scanning , Penetration Testing Tools Working knowledge and hands-on experience on Linux/Unix OS is desirable. Knowledge in Window Server administration and management Knowledge in Security devices and tools like IDS, Application firewalls, Virtual firewalls, Proxy, Anti-Virus, AD, Radius, Syslog, VMs, Backup. Strong understanding of security frameworks, standards, and best practices. Knowledge of network and system security, cryptography, and security technologies. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with security assessment tools and techniques.
