Learn more at and on and .Senior Engineer, Test Engineering – Product DevelopmentJob Summary:The Power Test Engineering team is seeking a Senior Test Development Engineer to independently develop Automated Test Equipment (ATE) solutions for high-performance power products. This role requires a seasoned professional who is fully competent in their field, capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision while driving technical excellence, cost optimization, and quality assurance in new product development.Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently execute complex test development activities, applying broad principles, theories, and concepts across test engineering and related disciplines.
  • Collaborate closely with design, product, and manufacturing teams to define and implement innovative ATE test methodologies.
  • Leading troubleshooting, debugging, analysis, and resolving variant issues effectively.
Key Qualifications:
  • In-depth expertise in electronics and circuit analysis, with a strong focus on power product testing.
  • Proficiency in developing hardware and software (e.g. C/C++, Python) for power product test solutions.
  • Extensive knowledge of ATE systems, including bench equipment, contact methods, and handling technologies.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience with data analysis.
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master’s in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience, demonstrating proven competence and leadership in test engineering for power products.
