Preferably Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or any relevant field Proven experience as Administrative or other HR positions Knowledge of HR functions in Compensation & Benefit, Recruitment, Training & Development etc. Understanding in Labor Laws and Disciplinary Procedures Proficient in MS & office applications Strong Ethics & Reliability
