- Define and implement sales & service strategies to achieve revenue targets across products/services.
- Lead and manage the national sales & service team including recruitment, training, performance management, and motivation.
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and business channels.
- Establish sales & service performance metrics, forecasts, and budgets.
- Work closely with marketing to align go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Develop and oversee a customer service strategy focused on improving client satisfaction and retention.
- Lead service delivery teams to ensure high-quality, consistent customer experience.
- Implement systems to monitor customer feedback and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Drive the adoption of technology to enhance service delivery (CRM tools, etc.).
- Liaise with product, marketing, operations, and finance teams to align objectives.
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, providing insights into product/service improvement.
- Report on performance results to the executive team and make strategic recommendations
- Master’s Degree in engineering is an advantage
- Licensed Engineer or equivalent educational attainment
- Excellent organizational and leadership ability
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
