As we grow rapidly across markets, we're looking for an HR Manager to help shape and scale our people operations.Role OverviewWe're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources including operations, performance and people analytics, compliance, and team engagement. This role is critical in supporting our growing team with scalable HR systems and processes that align with company culture and business goals.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, records management, and HRIS administration
  • Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and employment standards
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and documentation in alignment with company objectives
  • Build and oversee performance review systems, tracking OKRs, KPIs, and role expectations
  • Manage and analyze people data (turnover, engagement, performance, hiring trends) to support strategic decisions
  • Implement employee engagement and recognition programs that align with company culture
  • Serve as the point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR inquiries
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, compensation strategy, and organizational development
  • Support hiring operations, contracts, and HR support for recruitment
  • Lead initiatives to optimize remote and distributed team culture
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in HR management, preferably with remote teams
  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and international compliance standards
  • Experience with performance management systems, HR analytics, and people platforms (e.g. BambooHR, Lattice, Deel, Gusto)
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with a strong ability to execute day-to-day HR processes
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field preferred
