- Lead and manage all HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, records management, and HRIS administration
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and employment standards
- Develop and maintain HR policies and documentation in alignment with company objectives
- Build and oversee performance review systems, tracking OKRs, KPIs, and role expectations
- Manage and analyze people data (turnover, engagement, performance, hiring trends) to support strategic decisions
- Implement employee engagement and recognition programs that align with company culture
- Serve as the point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR inquiries
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, compensation strategy, and organizational development
- Support hiring operations, contracts, and HR support for recruitment
- Lead initiatives to optimize remote and distributed team culture
- 4+ years of experience in HR management, preferably with remote teams
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and international compliance standards
- Experience with performance management systems, HR analytics, and people platforms (e.g. BambooHR, Lattice, Deel, Gusto)
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with a strong ability to execute day-to-day HR processes
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field preferred
