Description:Overview:In this role, you'll be responsible for speaking with Spanish-speaking patients, verifying benefits, following up on appointment calls, making outbound calls, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, and managing the EMR.Perks:

Requirements:

Proficient in both written and spoken Spanish and English
BPO experience in a healthcare account is a must
Experience working virtually for a Private Clinic/Hospital in the US is preferred
Comfortable working with US-based clinics and physicians
Experience handling EMR, EHR, insurance verification, patient confirmation process, and do inbound/outbound calling is a must
Soft skills such as empathy are essential as you may be talking to people who have medical issues
Organized and detail-oriented
Must be willing to work onsite
